Run the five-year number on any of them and it lands close to ours — you just don't get to see it at the start.

Yes. From three entities onward we price per-portfolio rather than per-filing, and agent service is consolidated onto one renewal date and one invoice. Tell us how many you have and we'll quote it plainly.
You can always file entirely on your own — every state accepts direct filings, and for a simple single-member LLC in a straightforward state it's a real option. We'll even tell you when we think that's the sensible choice. What you're paying us for is the drafting, the state-specific quirks, the EIN, the ongoing agent address and someone to notice a deadline three years from now.
